The ones who change are the ones who're met where they are.
I've been a personal trainer my entire career — working with people from every age, every background, every starting point. The breakthroughs I've witnessed weren't about the perfect program. They were about consistency, presence, and showing up for someone who'd stopped showing up for themselves.
The gym model wasn't working for the people I cared most about: busy parents, working professionals, anyone whose schedule, energy, or self-image had been beaten down by life. They didn't need another monthly membership they wouldn't use. They needed someone to bring the gym to them.
And I refuse to let you settle for less than the strongest, sharpest, most alive version of yourself.
